Childcare on Parent/Teacher Conference Day

On Friday, October 23rd we will provide childcare for Parent/Teacher Conference Day from 12pm to 6pm. There is a charge of $5.00 per hour, per child. We will provide an afternoon snack, but there will be NO HOT LUNCH, so each child must bring a sack lunch. If you need daycare at all during this time please print and fill out this form, and return it to the office WITH PAYMENT by Thursday, October 15th.
